If your working in a manufacturing industry, You should follow the following,
1. Premedical examination for every new employee for one time.
2. Annual medical examination for Adolescents, if you are engaged.
3. Medical examination for canteen workers twice in a year.
4. Annual medical examination for employees those who are involved in hazardous process.
All the tests should be certified by certifying surgeon from Industrial safety and health department.
All the normal test like BP, sugar, Pulmonary, SGOT,SGPT, X ray for Hazardous process workers.
You can ask Certifying surgeon. He will be guide you.

CBC, Sugar testing, Kidney function test, Liver Function chest, Lipid Profile, Urine and Stool Routine, Chest X Ray, Audiometry, Pulmonary Function test. Vaccination of Hepatitis B, Tetanus and Typhoid. along with that fitness certificate is mandatory issued by MBBS doctor.
