Sir i apply pf form no31 pf advance widroal on line and claim settled but by mistake my bank account number one digit less in pf record so my pf claim amount not credit my bank account and not shown in my pf passbook i check in pf site as claim status it is shown claim settled but returned so help me what i should do. i apply for home construction reason can i reapply for same via on line or not? I correct my ac number in my pf ok now but my claim amount still not show in pf passbook

Hi sir I want help from you sir actually I worked 2 years in Big Bazaar after that I resigned and after two months I applied my pf forms 19,10c forms of pf withdraw after some days I checked my claim status in my claim status is settled is showing but I didn't get amount after some days again I checked my claim status is showing settled but retuned why was returned I checked my details and I found a bank account number is wrong so was i correct the bank account number and applied but my application is rejected sir and I given grievance they told can apply through employer in reissue format. After that I asked our employer told that process I don't know u have only online process u can apply online only. Iam very help less sir please tell me sir what is the reissue format process pls tell me sir

In such cases only off line application is possible.Before proceeding you have to correct your bank account. This can be done online using your portal and getting the same approved by the employer.
