I have recently joined a company that is into traveling/tourism. I am required to frame HR policy there. If anyone can help me by giving valuable inputs on the same, like how do I get started and what are the basic things tht i need to keep in mind while framing the policy. I need information bit in detail and how does the policies change if the industry/sector changes.
Also if anyone can tell me wht all is required to be mentioned in employee manual/handbook.
Its urgent and I need tourism industry specific inputs PLEASE...
