ya what u said is right, such a thing is wrong practise.
It is not possible to change attitude all of a sudden.
First time when we cook we unknowingly make a mistake of burning our hands, right. Next time before we start cooking, mind automatically recollects the past incident and say beware this time, am i right.
Because we human make mistake unless we realise what we do is mistake. right
so, here we have to just make clear the reaction for such a situation( showing anger) is wrong and indifference attitude.
once we made it our mind, next time even if ur friend makes us anger, we never show it back to him.
it seems to be silly but as indept meaning. just think of it

Ya..... u r right but mud of boss is a effect of his psychological status n that is ofcourse going to effect on his funtioninig style. MBA- theory of decision making is going to effect.

You know our boss has play a leader's role and to lead a team it is essential that every member of the team act and react according to the requirement and instruction of the leader. Because leader is the only one who plan and decide how to implement a policy and the most important part is monitoring of the same.
So every boss or you can say leader like's or wants people behve in the same manner as his mood is.

if you have gone through few psychology books it is well written " we perceive thing as we are not as they are" in other words whatever is good as per our view we wish to see and it is human tendency and i dont think any wrong in it.
for example : suppose 5 peoples are at the same place called to see the things at a same time and ask for what they saw. you will see every persons answers will be different. some perosn will see car , some tree some may be girl it happens because they want to see waht they wish to see otherwise every thing is available to see for all.
when the question of boss comes we usually impressed with their position so we relate with their emotion and feel the same emotion what he has.
it is as simple as that.

Mood of Boss is unpredictable. Afterall he is also a Human Being.So to be on safer side ,it is always better that we change accordingly. :wink:
In extreme cases,better to discuss and make things clear.
