regarding u r case please think about u r interest area..

SAP is an excellent career for any aspiring student.but before opting to that...know about SAP and collect some data.....and come to one decision
and B.Ed.is not suitable to u....
otherwise try for core HR jobs at u r place....

  • Think hard, think hundred times, think long term and consult only those who have at-least 5-10 years experience of particular profession / field before making any decision.
  • It seems to me that, you have not followed above steps while deciding to go for MBA-HR. Do not repeat same mistake again.
  • Do not look at things in a superficial way. Today You are finding school teachers' working hours very attractive. But working hours is only one aspect of a job and career. Tomorrow you may discover other drawbacks and shortcomings in that profession as well. Don't wait for tomorrow, do all the discoveries and research today itself, after-all it is a matter of your career and life.
  • All the jobs and careers will have some positives and negatives and you will have to accept both and take them in your strides.
  • To become high school teacher, you will have to do B Ed. To become teacher for MBA, you are technically eligible now, but no institute will accept you right-away, since you neither have industry experience nor teaching experience. In case you get a entry for MBA teaching, you can go for P hD while continuing with teaching, no need to hurry for P hD now.

as per my knowledge, for proceeding with teaching stream after MBA qualifications, the NETSET exams will help you.
MBA and clearance of net set exam you can be professor in colleges or even can give lectures part time for eg - work for core HR field + give lectures on colleges on weekend.
In this way your both the qualifications and interest would be utilised.
At present I am studying MBA (Operations) attends lectures on sundays - the HR , Marketing teacher to us is the person who is currently working with Air India.
Do consult these type of people and get your way.

i also agree with "calligrapher11" - Shivendra.
at a fresher level every one gets a junior level job which is very tiring. i would suggest two things..1) either change your current job cuz normal working hours are 9 hrs and there are many good consultancy which do not have work burden. or
2) stay in current job for next 6 to 8 months and then look for corporate opening either as a recruiter or as generalist profile.
but don't change your profile to teaching until unless you really want to be a teacher. if you are changing your profile just of tiresome work and money then i assure you things will change once you have some experience to show to get another opening.
Also keep on taking advice from your friends on your current condition. that will help you.

SET/NET are difficult, but I have cleared NET exam, and I can tell u if u do hard work with dedication then u can clear it... Get the books and start studying, if u can present your content systematically and precisely trust me u can clear it.. Being an average or above average student wont matter. Good preparation and presentation is all that matter for NET/SET. Also, 1% of LUCk!!
But then u know the famous sayins, SUCCESS is 99% Hardwork and 1% Luck!!
Best wishes
