Hi Murali,
I too know a person who signed a bond with an MNC but she had an excellent career & growth against her bond. She started with 8K & today after 1.5yrs of service she is already drawing 30K based upon her performance. So if ur prospective company is ready to give u this type of career, only then u take this decision. otherwise I suggest look out for another job.

Hi Murali,
after reading this, my suggestion is don't go for this by any how and try to look somewhere else.
definatly there is something wrong with the company or process they follow.
so its better you can wait but don't take high risk...
:D

hi murali
As a fresher you need break to start your career.your salary has already fixed for three years is not a good procedure. we did not come across such terms. So you go through the terms and conditions of the bond and what they required to execute bond.If the period will be 2 years you can think over.
