Dear Deva,
You got a long way to go.
Listen, Learn & Proceed.
You are in the first step. Don't compare your salary or designation.
You may have the degree in MBA - HR. But this is the time to get the real time experience.
Cool. Learn the HR Policies and procedures, implement, get the experience in statutory. Once you got managerial skills by experience. Then look for better job.
ALL THE BEST.

Hi devansh
Even I suggest you to stay in the company for an year atleast and talk to your boss for a proper designation and salary. If they dont then do HR PRACTICES and increase your knowledge so that if you attend any further interview, you should have ready answers infact a practical one.
