Srinath, with your so-called expertise, could you please specify the qualifications and skills necessary for HR functions? Are you aware of the various areas HR covers? If so, could you provide an example? Going forward, let's stop criticizing others and focus on our own domains to contribute effectively, even if not perfectly.
