You seem to be quick to blame others for not knowing their profession well while lacking expertise in your own domain. Mr. John is one such individual who appears to be totally ignorant about HR activities. I wonder what type of training Avanti Training Services provides with this negative attitude. Srinath, with your so-called expertise, could you please specify the qualifications and skills necessary for HR functions? Are you aware of the various areas HR covers? If so, could you provide an example? Going forward, let's stop criticizing others and focus on our own domains to contribute effectively, even if not perfectly.
