Now u are on the same track which i followed....I started my career from a Consulting firm only.then took up Mid size Company and now in corporate....I think its step way process then only u come to know what are various task and how to do it?...Infact i also like Reading inspiration and motivational book....Rset your approach could be different as well which varies from person to person...So u can justify wherever u go for the interview by saying that u wanted to get exposure on other function of H.R. as well now u have done enough Recruitment.

iam chandu am also working in the same field u r working in it firm but u handling only recruitment in that also u r not gud just u closed only 10 in 5 months u r willing ness to learn hr activities is very gud but to learn those functions first observe wt actually going on ur organization from sourcing the candidate religing the pay roll and u keep updates of hr roles
