I think we do differ in our opinion. It is true we do not ask for a license when commuting, but when looking at a bigger frame with respect to our employees commuting via a cab company, as a hirer of their services, it is upon me as a primary duty to apply due diligence and look for all licenses the cab company is required to have in law and in practice.

You are right, we are not legally required to, but to ensure we are dealing with a compliant entity, we should.
