Hi,
It is a good point to be discussed will i want "No Smoking Policy" to be implemented in the office, but this can happen only when we support of management. In case of higher management members being part of smoking team and if they are the one who resist this than i would suggest we should have a "Smoking Zone" and should be kept open for some period of time only.
