Kindly confirm if the attachment provided by Mr.Jai Bakshi is true and correct. As per me it has some flaws and loopholes. I badly need an explanation for filling up the combined challan. i am unable to understand as to how the figures will come in A/c 1,2,10,21,22 :( Please help.

I want to know if the PF challan should be filled by the employer separately for each employee or in a combined way per month. Is it necessary to fill out the PF challan for each employee separately? Please help me.
