Thanks again for your reply. I'm now 41 & it's very difficult to get another job easily that too as per my current CTC of 16.55Lakh.
Now I've filed case in Civil Court & demand for reinstate as per advice of my lawyer.
Now going through different thread of Termination discussion in this Forum I've learned that Civil Court cannot order Reinstate & only Damage Charge can be claimed.
So please suggest what could be my Damage Charges looking at my Age, Seniority, & Job Opportunity?
My Basic - Rs.52220, HRA-Rs.26110, Supplementary Allowance - Rs.26110, Conveyance Allowance- Rs.800, Children Edu-Rs.200, Total per Month Rs. 105440 plus LTA-Rs.52220, Medical-Rs.15000.
Worked in this organisation since Dec 2011 till 7th Mar 2014.
