I have not demanded any thing from the Management. I do not believe in Black Mailing / Asking for the increase.
they should have given me a increase which they have not!!!!
this is the reason i have raised this query for the suggestions from the seniors / experienced HR professionals.
my question is, if HR professionals comes to know about such information regarding an employee,
how will they take this situation and how they will solve the stuation in employee's benefit if they will?
