Dear Sir,

Kindly suggest to me what the basic formula is for calculating and creating the proper CTC of any employee. I would like to ensure that the take-home salary is -19000 per month and the CTC is 25000 per month.

Please provide me with the correct guidance on how to calculate and establish his CTC.

Dear Priyanka Calculation for gratuity= No.of yrs worked*basic *15/26 eg if no. of yrs completed is 5.7yrs then we consider 6yrs Hope this will help you. Regards Kavita
