We have to collect and fill form V by stating the national & festival holidays for the following year, and we should send it for approval to the labour office before the end of December. We must have the acknowledgment copy with us.

Often, it is observed that only festive holidays falling on Sunday are substituted with another festive holiday. However, employees who have their weekly off on the rest of the days are deprived of this carry-forward facility.
