You are a young blood and at this stage you need to concentrate more on learning & development rather than thinking about compensation. Just understand that nobody will pay salary to harass anybody. Take suggestions of your seniors positively and try to learn so that you are able to grow in your life. Animosity in any form will spoil your career. If you still feel that you are a mis fit here, go for change - but remember, every organization needs people who will work as per company's policy and plans.

training is a painful period. trainee has to accept it as an endurance test. our mind always avoids learning process since it is painful. how ever trainee need to cultivate the habit of sincerity, obedience besides stress and strain must be viewed as stepping stones to perfection. later you can enjoy the fruit.

You must be in confusion after all these answers from most senior persons. However, let us get this to our understanding correctly.
You are working there expecting someting other than your salary. Might be for reputation, or recognition, or fame internally. And you are not trying to show it instead going on with few mistakes. These mistakes might be right to you at that moment. But these mistakes might be fatal to the company. Hence, company might have a negative opinion on your efforts. So, though you are trying to do something, it is failing. These failures are appearing as harassment to you, though they are really not.
Kindly make the organization feel positive on you and you try your level best in putting down what you learnt, will definitely enhance you.
Again the word LEARNT might strike to your mind that you said that you haven\'t got proper training. None is responsible for your learnings, otherthan you. It is you who need to go for the opportunity to learn

Well, tough to say whether what you are facing is really unhealthy, prejudiced harassment or the pressure of a new environment everyone faces when joing their first job or on the first day of college.
If he is treating you the same as he is treating others at the same level and he is not being mean, then, in all probability, its the transition period and after a while it all will be ok and you will be settled.
