PF is deposited against the PF no. of an employee but what about ESI is it deposited in the same PF no.
of the employee or it has some other identification no. of the employee.

One thing you must understand. In A/c No.1 12%directly calculate whereas in A/c No.10(FPF) restricted to 6500/- For example your basic is 7000; 12% directly calculate i-e 840: For PENSION A/C Rs.541only. er pf a/c Rs.840-Rs.541(Rs.299 in /ac No.1)

1. If basic exceeds 6500/- & you are not the member of the Pf current employer will take under taking in form 11 that you are not the member of PF or you have withdrawn you amount in that case you can be excluded from Pf but if your PF you a member of PF in your previews organization & you have not withdrawn your pf in that case your Pf will be deducted .
2. If the Basic Exceeds from 6500/- pension fund will be deducted on 6500/- only i.e will 541/- maximum

dear mr. negi, if employee has attendance of 28 days in April month so on which amount amount we have to deduct eps and WHY? 1. on max. limit i.e. 6500/-rs (541) OR 2. on 6500/30*28 = 6067/-

For example if your basic is 12000/ and you are present for 28 day =12000/30*28=11200/ your basic salry already exceeds the requisite limit of 6500/ in that case pension fund will attract 541/-
