Every HR manager should think himself to be a profit centre. He can play part in productivity and team work . By dressing up differently what is the message towards co-cohesiveness.

Some company is having different dress code for different departments (like sales, service, support etc.). Few company is different dress code according to their employee grade (i.e. manager, executives, etc.). Cohesiveness is definitely an important issue. But it is the nature of job, demands to change the dress code accordingly. HR persons has to interact with PF office, ESI office and some other departments frequently.
So, if you have proper logic to change the dress code you can proceed by recommending the management for the same.

Its quite comman in pvt firm, the management decide to have the hr system and employes some of the hr person. As the firm is deals in un skilled labour oriented products. As per the guidence of hr . While excersising the reshuffling of the org the precious skilled labour and some of the office staff leaves the job with note from the management that mgt will pay high and recruit new person with in 48 hours.this remark have makes the labourer more un secure and the mass resign cames on the table of hr.

Next seen

the management remains more buzi in meeting with hr than concentrating on the business. As business is tradtional one its run by more than two family members. Each one want to put their own

views and telling the staff to convince his point of view to other working members of the family.

Every morning while staff enters in office thay have to think about which members said what and how to convince other ? At the end the staff have blamed by the one of the member . Telling others that intra fights is because of the office staff.

if we take the case of hotels/ ships too, they too have different dressing styles for different jobs....
