There are 2 sides of a Coin...

In this particular subject, there are being discussed..

None of us can deny comments which are made against & for about the topic....

I would say it all depends on how we project the particular topic,, i would say the screenplay....

And also it depends on how it has been taken by the end reciever,,,,

I accept the fact rasied by Mr.Ravi regarding Trainers...

In the last week, i have experienced the same when the Trainer abruptly told that there was solid participation from the audience, but the scenario was total silence whole through the training programme...

On top of this it was a Sales Training Programme, the whole programme only the trainer was talking & all were taking notes....

Eevn our CEO has mentioned that only, this is the first sales training programme where there is pindrop silence...

All because of day to day bread...

I have clearly given my comments to the management...

All the films are purely for entertainment....

As I told if the projection is handled well by the presenter, the same can be a good material,,,,

Yes of Course i would recommend Rajnikanth Films as a Stress Free Tool....

The discussion continues,,,,,,,,,,,

Kudos to Ravi SaaB for giving the messages with a Pinch of SALT...

Keep Going,,,,

Dear Ravishankar,
I completely agree with the site members that
Perception Matters.....
But at the same time you need to put some masaala in the movie , which will create interest in the viewers. If y'll fill only inspirational and leadership stuff nobody is going to watch the movie. So keeping this in mind, to invite viewers the producers/directors add the massala and then they convey their mssg of leadarship/motivation etc....
wat do u think now???
