When an employee is not eligible to withdraw pension at the time of leaving the previous employer because he has not completed 10 years service, he can obtain a scheme certificate from the P.F Commissioner which indicates the pensionable service, the pensionable salary and the amount of pension due on the date of exit of the employee from his previous establishment and such pensionable service in the previous establishment shall b reckoned with for pension along with the fresh spell of pensionable service in your establishment.

Dear Seniors,
When I was working with my previous employer, EPF was being managed through a trust. I worked there for 7 years (the first 7 years of my career) and then moved on to another company. During this transition, I withdrew the Pension amount (Form 10C) but transferred my EPF amount. The EPF amount seems to have transferred because it reflects in my company's EPF statement, and I also have the submitted cheque details for this transfer. The problem is the transferred amount does not reflect in EPFO's balance or E-Passbook, which is my concern. My current employer has suggested me to raise a grievance for this, but since the portal has been under maintenance for the last 2 weeks, I thought to gather more views on this.
I want to understand if it is because I withdrew the pension amount or if it is purely some issue with the EPF balance/e-passbook. What actions do you suggest for me?

Missed mentioning in my previous post, one more thing that I want to understand is - since I withdrew my Pension amount, would I not be eligible for PF withdrawal for Home Loan payment after 10 years of my service?

The PF amount has transferred to my current PF account (only Employee share and Employer Share but not the Pension Fund).

Employee Share : 37025
Employer Share : 22443
Pension Fund : 14066
Transferred Details – to Current PF Account:
Employee Share : 40555
Employer Share : 24471
Pension Fund : 0
The amount deducted for Pension Fund(14066 is not transferred).
Could you please suggest me how to transfer/withdraw the Pension Fund amount.

The new firm had to create a new PF A/C number, and the previous employer's PF amount was transferred to the new PF A/C. When I checked both statements, I noticed that the Employee Share & Employer Share have been transferred, but the Pension fund has not been transferred. Please advise if the amount can be transferred or if I can withdraw it.
