Dear Members,

I request you to clarify the following EPS points:

1) I am receiving reduced pension from EPFO for 13 years of service that ended in 2001.
2) After a break, I joined a new organization in 2009, and they are deducting EPF from my salary.
3) Since I am already receiving a reduced pension, can I request the Management to stop deducting EPF from my salary?
4) Can I then ask for EPF settlement after the waiting period, or am I eligible for a second-time pension benefit?

Please clarify.

Thanks and Regards,
Seshadri

To link your current EPF account, you need to surrender the old PPO. Log in with your present employment details and link the accounts using the following link: [One Employee One PF](http://oeoea.epfoservices.com/UANDEDUP/).
