Break statement in service of the employee - he wants to get a scheme certificate


The employee left the job after 48 years. Now he wants to get a scheme certificate. He filled an online application for this, but the PF office rejected the application due to the non-submission of a break statement in service of the employee. Please guide me on how to prepare this statement.

Hi, Whether any long non contribution period is there for that employee?. If so Employer need to certify the NCP days which you mean break statement I presume.
