First understand the terms sensing, perceiving and behavior.
Slide #2 Perception Is The Process By Which People Select, Organize, Interpret and Respond to Information From The World Around Them.
Perception is not only for people. It is applicable to any living organism including animals and plants on the basis of which they react or modify their behavior.
The word respond is not part of perception. It is the next step for which perception is the basis.
Perception is a mid way process between sensing and reacting or responding as you have written.
4th slide: Sensory Experience: Perception is our sensory experience of the world around us and involves both the recognition of environment stimuli and actions in response to these stimuli.
Perception is not sensory experience. Sensing is different. On the basis of sensory inputs we perceive. Perception is the process by which we interpret the sensory inputs, understand its meaning and modify our behavior.
Slide # 5 Basis of Human Behavior: There can be no behavior without perception and perception lies at the base of every individual behavior.
Here you have it mentioned correctly.
Slide # 6: Again the first term is sensing not observation.
Observation is purposeful; whereas sensing is normal function of sensory organs whether you do it purposely or otherwise.
The template, color, fond, spacing pictures – there is scope for improvement on every aspect.

I am sure that having taken some pain to make this, you can definitely improve up on it with a little more effort and then it will be an excellent presentation.

If yes, then i would request you to kindly check the book for more informations. If not, i would like you to kindly refer this book as it gives more insight of perceptions.
Also please also add information on Threshold of perception, Just Noticable Difference, Perceptual Selection and Perceptual Organisation.

Ys its grt effort., but some light colour background do better look, also try to add some examples of diff kind of perception , if possible put even personal traits influence on different perception...
