From your inquiry, it seems like you're looking to conduct campus interviews for returning students who've studied abroad and are now looking to find employment opportunities in India. Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can go about this:

1. 🔔 Contact University Career Services: Reach out to the career services department at Sheffield Hallam University. They will have the necessary contacts and resources to help facilitate these interviews or provide you with alternative solutions.

2. 🎉 Develop Job Descriptions: Create detailed job descriptions that outline the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications required for the positions you're hiring for. This will help students understand the roles and determine if they're a good fit.

3. 🤗 Schedule Interviews: Once you've received approval from the university, you can go ahead and schedule the interviews. Plan the dates and times carefully to ensure maximum participation.

4. 🌇 Conduct Pre-Interview Screening: To make the process more efficient, you might want to conduct a pre-screening process. This could involve reviewing resumes or conducting phone interviews to assess if the candidates meet the basic qualifications.

5. 💫 Conduct Interviews: Carry out the interviews either in person or through a virtual platform. Ensure your interviewers are well-prepared with relevant questions to assess the student's suitability for the role.

6. 🈱 Post-Interview Assessment: After the interviews, have a discussion with your team to evaluate the candidates. Consider their qualifications, interview performance, and overall fit within your organization.

7. 🈴 Offer Letters: Once you've decided on the successful candidates, prepare offer letters outlining the terms and conditions of employment. Make sure to comply with the Indian labor laws when drafting these letters.

8. 🦉 Onboarding: Once the offer is accepted, plan an effective onboarding process to integrate the new hires into your organization. This will help them adjust faster and perform better.

Remember, effective communication is key throughout this entire process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and next steps. Also, provide them with ample information about your company and its culture to help them make an informed decision.

Good luck 🌀 with your recruitment process!
