Dead Soul and Abhinav,
Ha ha ha!! If only faking experience could be that easy as suggested by Deadsoul, i think he still lives in some other world where there is no reference check, background check and other such stringent things...
Abhinav, My question to you is- Why do you want to get an entry into HR?? so that you can hire people with fake records and documents??
I would suggest to get serious about life and Career, its not all about petal of roses as it may seem or adviced by Dead soul...
Rest is upto you....All the best..

You are DeadRight Archna.

Everyone who thought they can take the world [or whatever was in their purview] for a solid ride had to eat their words at some point or the other--it was NEVER 'IF' but 'WHEN'.
Examples galore can be found even in recent history--Ramalinga Raju, Kalmadi, Raja, et al--without even having to delve deeper. But the funny part of human nature is: Many human beings never learn from the mistakes of others--each thinks he/she is better/smarter @ the game than the others & he/she invariably falls into the trap & realizes the folly ONLY AFTER GETTING HIT HIMSELF/HERSELF, and in most cases too late to make amends.

Coming to deadsoul2011's argument: "............if you really come across such a case you would recruit that person.........lets be practical and suggest something which will help abhi to get a good job".
While the intention is definitely noble, the process being suggested is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH EMULATING.
To take this argument further, let's say 'I want to be doctor, since this profession seems to be minting money'. And if I take this situation/problem to deadsoul2011, the MOST LIKELY suggestion from him/her will be: BUY SOME FAKE CERTIFICATES OF MBBS, MCI, ETC & JOIN SOME CORPORATE HOSPITAL.
If deadsoul2011 thinks this is very unfair or immoral or unethical or illegal, my only query to him/her is this: If what you suggested to Abhi Sharma can be termed as 'right/practical', then why is this plan of mine wrong? I am only taking things further ahead in this game.

Also, looking @ deadsoul2011's suggestion to Abhi Sharma from another angle: What IF Abhi Sharma gets caught in the Background Checks & looses his job? Will deadsoul2011 compensate him for that loss? And even if deadsoul2011 is ready for it, in what way & to what extent can he/she compensate? In short: WHO WILL BEAR THE CROSS?

I would also go the extent of saying this to deadsoul2011: If you can't guide someone on the right path, pl don't give advice. Giving advice/suggestion/guidance isn't a job or a right or a privilege or even a leisure-activity--it's a RESPONSIBILITY, just like a parent's or a close friend's. If you can't fulfill it the right way, don't get into that role--at least here one can opt out, unlike a parent.

And Abhi Sharma too can't absolve himself of the responsibility of heeding [maybe 'lapping' going by the words he used--'........very much impressed your suggestions.......'] to deadsoul2011's advice. There would be 'hazaar' guys giving you advices, but one needs to understand & assimilate the various suggestions before implementing. In short: At the end of the Day, "IT'S YOUR CAREER & ONLY YOU NEED TO BELL THE CAT & ALSO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES". If something goes wrong, don't blame others for it--YOU ALWAYS HAD THE OPTION OF NOT IMPLEMENTING THE ADVICE GIVEN.

Doctor field is diff and HR field is diff, i work in HR and know its easy i see so many wrong things going in HR field itself, so getting a HR job is easy if u have experience and learn some "FUN ACTIVITIES AT FRIDAY" and "HOW TO DO ER" etc, etc,,,
all i suggested was some corruption which even Archana agrees with me??? Right archana??
Remember ETHICAL CORRUPTION ??????????? ring any bells in your mind????????????????
One kahawat is there,, ,"Agar Krishna kare to leela aur agar hum kare to character dheela"
