You might have gone through the Karnataka Maternity Benefit Rules & under these Rules a muster roll in Form 'A' is to be maintained if this act is applicable to your establishment. For sending annual return under this Act we are to send annual return in 3-4 forms. Plz go through your state Rules for maintaing the relevant records & for sending the annual return.
