Dear All,
I am currently working in the Domestic BPO industry as an HR executive. However, I would like to transition my career into the IT industry. I have 2.4 years of experience in Domestic BPO recruitment, including 3 months of experience in IT recruitment. Could anyone give me some suggestions on whether this is a good decision? Also, I would like to know if I will be able to find opportunities in IT recruitment at other companies.
Regards,
Padma
