Why dont you try by not putting the end date in the last company worked. Atleast you would get some calls from other org or agengies. You could mention the reasons to them when you speak to them. Many recruitment agencies just reject without even speaking to the candidates & not knowing the reasons, although the candidate may be really good. This is just a way around to get calls & getting Interviews arranged atleast. Rest you could crack the interview if you are really good enough.

The resume is not presentable. Also frequest change of jobs. Definitely, seem to be a stability issue.

As per my view the resume format has to be changed along with the fonts and Headings.
The period of joing should be mentioned below the company profile followd by duties and responsibilities. Try to write your own Points instead of cut, paste.

hi i feel 1. frequent shifting - major problem.
Minor changes: 2. career objectives says niche (what kind of Niche in field of marketing) could be specified - for attracting 3. problem with presentation (runs in para can be simplified to points where ever possible) to save time of reader 4. language description in terms of read, write and speak
All the best - hope it is of use

Just go through the cv in detail & notice one thing that the said person is looking out a job from last few months, hopefully all of you notice, that the person, during his total tenure he had not completed not more that one year in a company. Sometimes he had changed his job withing 4 months. In his position it is not a good impression, frequently change his job is a bad impact on his career. Second thing , may be he was a qualifed person but 4 pages CV is too long & all of we know that a HR manager never accept a CV which is more the 2 pages.
The CV should be in details but ofcourse maintain the limitation which is not in the quoted CV. Hopefully, the said thing is clear to everyone if anything wrong with me or anything left by me please let me know the same as I am also want to know where I had missed.

1) the frequent changes in employment (not more than one year in any of the previous experiences) can be one of the reasons.
2) his career objective is not very clear.
3) may be his attempt to find placement in retail industry can be another reason.
Thanks

You need to spell check your CV before you send to prospective employers. The fonts are different, layout is not proper. You need to redo the whole CV - make it precise and short

The company closed so what can you do. There is no loyality issues . You had a good start . Situation will change for good then you lecture all that you had survived the worst times and how pateintly/ impatiently we have overcomed that.
