Hi,
Please dont try to suppress or control your anger, you will express the same to somebody else or else you will damage your own health. So we can nullify the anger. For thousands of year in our country lot of yogis and sadhus have practise, developed, and taught yoga, even now there are so many yogis in our country. We might not be aware of the yoga and yogis. But now people from all over the world regarless of nationality and religion moving in thousands towards yoga classes to beat their mental stress.
It is my very humble suggestion out of my own experience.

All the tips mentioned in the article to control and handle anger were too practical. When we are angry we cannot control ourself then how come we can handle our anger. Its purely dependent on the situation and mood. These tips will not strike us when we are angry. Sometimes after reacting the person himself/herself feels that oooooo did i react like this, I shouldnt have spoken all these, i behaved like a mad person, i lost my impression, my character totally changed, i abused someone, etc., etc.

Getting into arguments stands in the first place for anger as well as we can surely realise that if we proceed further this anger will take some other shape. Everyone can surely analyse it so at that moment the person should try to stop the conversation or either divert the situation or else should stay quiet (as much as possible). I personally feel that all these will surely decrease the impact of anger as no one can fully control their anger atleast the situation doesnt get worsen.

I have seen my friends typing mails to the employees or senior people when they are angry with them, never do it. A person can never control his/her feelings when they are anger. If u get angry on someone especially ur beloved or at office stay quiet dont prolong the discussion, dont talk or discuss with anyone as it will increase ur B.P, just go straight to ur place, type a mail with what ever u wanted to speak there(Everything, u can even abuse that person) and keep it in ur drafs(Personal email). After few hours when ur anger comes into control just read whatever u have written and then u will realise that u have saved urself from commiting a big mistake or hurting ur beloved or even after u feel that what ever u have typed was exactly correct then u can proceed with ur thoughts because a person in anger has no control on his mind and words and actions, he/she will not be in an position to take right decisions.
