Can you pls send the extract copy of the Govt Notification, which gives more clarity of the Act. One more fund is levied / collected by clients in the name of "Labour Welfare Cess" @ 1% on contractor's invoice value. Have you got any kind of notification for the same?? Pls forward to my mail "

while going thru the sheet attached, for Haryana contribution is being sent quarterly to Commissioner, Chandigarh although the deduction is monthly that is correct.
