a good plan but u cannot stick to it for long.. in the process, ur killing ur desire to eat..
another solution to wt. loss wud be eat right and exercise even if 4 times a week.... u get wat u want in this, in both the ways.

Dear Riya,
May be you want to copy me,it is very satisfying for me, cause everyone wants to copy or may be wants to act like their fabourite person.
Anyway if you want to increase weight, then send ur age ,height, weight, daily routine of diet, having diesease.
Dear Vipul,
This is very beneficial, cause we are starting our work in morning with lots of due work, then we need more energy. Lunch will give us energy to sustain it. But after taking dinner we are going to bed, so physical work nothing only our brain & organ will work, all food energy will transfer to adipose tissue means body fat.It is not possible to send you email now.

GM Diet is a challenging diet, I tried and I got benefited, I could hardly see any difference in the weight loss, however, I felt great after the 7 day program.
Here is a link that gives detailed GM diet plan, especially for vegetarians.
GM DIET FOR VEGETARIANS | eBlogs
You cannot follow this by yourself, you need a lot of support to carryout this program. You may seek help from your parents, spouse, or even your friends or siblings.
It's worth doing this, do not give up if you are weak, it's only a matter of time, you'll be alright if you continue with water in those circumstances. Good luck for those who follow this diet plan.
