Dear Jayanthi, It's always good to have proper releiving from any of the company. If the notice period is not sufficient they my cut down your full and final settlement or if there is no provision to cut, some time you need to pay the one month salary to get properly releive, then only you can able to get the releiving order and experience certificate which will be very useful for your future career.
