I have some doubts regarding filling up form 3A :
Under the Head, (1) Amount of wages :am i supposed to write the Basic+DA Amount ?
(2) Under Head EPF : 12% of Basic+Da needs to be mentioned for every month
(3) EPF difference between 12% and 10% (if any) : What is this ?
(4) Pension Fund contribution will be 8.33 % of basic + DA ?
(5) Refund of Wages : what has to be mentioned in this ?
(6) Period of non contribution (From and To) : What is this ?
(7) Remarks ?
Please guide as to how the form needs to be filled,
