I agree to some extent that there may be some exploitation, but can anyone tell me a single industry other than Govt sector where there is no exploitation at any level? Atleast they are getting there livelyhood, they are becoming self dependent, what is harm in it? Some persons are excellent in finding problems, faults in others.

actually one of my frd's elder brother is deaf and dumb and he is from Delhi (Gurgaon)and he is in search of employment....
if you can help me in this..... would be glad... please help me out in this thing..
as he is willing to work but he is just 8th std. educated and he knows the sign language, and English, and Hindi...please help me in this...

I have one younger brother who is a special child (Deaf and Dumb) and he has completed B.Com and some other computer courses like AutoCAD, Tally, Vocational Training Programmers, and some other computer skills.
