Hi Satish,
In our org we give gift vouchers of the worth of Rs.500/- to our employees on their b'day as a gift. We also issue an email to all the staff saying that "lets all wish Mr./Miss ---- a very happy b'day today" OR if the b'day is falling on holidays/week offs then we can wish belated happy b'day in the same manner. You can also give sodexo meal vouchers as a gift.

Hi...as per my company policy an employee on his birthday is presented with a bouquet & a cake. Prior to this a mail is sent on his personal as well as official email id & a call from the HR Department.
Prior to this in my previous organization an employee had an option to take off from work on his birthday which inturn was counted as paid off.

A policy of employee birthday:
What you can do is U should have data of employees birthday in the system. The B'bay baby should get the online greeting card from HR Dept marlking to all.And you can fix a day at the end of the month consisting of all the employees whose bday falls in that particular month followed by cake cutting & Snacks n lil bit of activity like games n all . this way you can save on time along with celebration & enjoyment .:icon1:
