Hi ,,,one of my friend working in retail industry as a brand promoter, regular working hours is from morning 10 to 8 pm , it's 10 hours a day ,now in the outlet they r running some discount sale, they r asking to work 9am to 9 pm ,what we have to do now can I lodge a complaint against the company, pls advice

Can the hospital nurisng staff shift can been arranged as 6 hrs for first week as morning shift and 6 hours for second week as evening shift and 12 hours as night shift during 3rd week and remaing dyas ans day shift of 8 hours per day
Is there any labor disupute in this manner
Our employees are against the day shift instead they want to do 9 dys as morning shift 9 days as evening shift 8 days as night shift
