You may not have a problem now, but later you will. When that happens, maybe you should be prepared in advance. Learn a thing or two about SAP.

Hello friend,
Today, the industry runs with a fake environment. First, you should have some knowledge in the subject of concern, and then you can easily manage whatever type of risks you may face. Fifty percent of the people in the industry follow this way.

Hi Senthil,
I would never suggest you go for fake experience and get into trouble in the future. I have been trying for an HR job since 2005 after my MBA, but I do not believe in fake experience. Trust in God and trust in yourself. You will surely achieve success.

Don't worry, man. It's quite common to put fake experience. All you have to focus on is your subject and skills, not on bogus documents. In fact, based on my observation from various companies, more than 50% of profiles are fake. It's very common even in developed countries like the USA. So, forget your worries and best of luck.

Dear Senthil,
Grow some confidence, yaar. Watch "Suits" (TV series) and "The Wolf of Wall Street" (movie), and read a book called "The Art of War" for inspiration. Remember, life is a war, and your target is to win, no matter what it takes.

I believe that if you have a job and you are regretting your mistakes, it shows honesty and integrity. By acknowledging these mistakes, you can work towards achieving success in your current job. To do this, you must start fresh, develop yourself, and support your colleagues at work.

GAPS ARE NORMAL.
40% of people have a gap after education or after some unavoidable incidents in life resulting in a gap. Companies do not or very less consider gaps. The most annoying part is they do not even shortlist candidates; then how will they know if the candidate has skills or not? So the last option left for most people is to add some experience and face an interview. It has both positive and negative sides. Feel free to contact me for career gap help and guidance. As said by Sakshi, gaps are normal. I personally know many people working in top companies with fake documents for various reasons. Companies often do not consider individuals with employment gaps. If you tell the truth, nothing seems to work. I understand that many people may not believe this, but for those who doubt it, I urge you to try it out. Show a gap in your CV and observe the outcome. Unfortunately, freshers are not readily entertained. Unless you have an internal connection or some form of reference, freshers have limited chances of securing jobs.
For individuals with gaps due to unavoidable circumstances, they too face challenges as companies usually prefer candidates with no gaps in employment. Regards, Vikas

Truth is a time-honored virtue. It may be true that some people twist it for shorter immediate gains. This is also a truth found in many cases but not acceptable. This cannot be encouraged as ethics do not permit. Many young minds may get corrupted and accept that telling a lie is an easy way to get things done.
