Please explain how to calculate the E/L due amount for payment to the employee. The salary is 15500/-. EL due during the year is 15 days. According to me, the calculation is 15500 x 15/26. Is this method correct, or if wrong, please guide me.

In our factory, earned leaves are encashed as follows. Please confirm if the following method is correct or not:
During the year, earned leaves due: 15 after 300 working days
Less availed leaves: 09
Balance due to encash: 6
We calculate: 16050/26 x 6
