- Skilled in Resume Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination

- Knowledge of Pre-Recruiting and Post-Recruiting Process/Documentation
- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screening candidates, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and completing relevant documentation
- Building rapport with the candidates
- Prior work experience in International or Domestic recruitment
Computer Skills: MS-Office, Internet Tools
Additional Information: Must have Good Communication Skills (Vocal, Written) US Accent & Fluency. Prior experience in the industry
Work Timings: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 1+ years of experience in International or Domestic Recruitment
Education: Any Graduation (Preferably MBA with HR)
