Hi
I am Sanjeev working in JSW Steel Ltd as HR Officer. I have one question related to labour laws.
One of Contractor having manpower of 25. And thier head office is chennai, but thier work is in Toranagallu village it is in bellary dist, karanataka.
My question is our company is under workmen compensation act, so as per act we are leading all the rules regulation under WC act,
But that contractor which act will applicabe a)WC ACT or b)ESI ACT? Because their head office is chennai and thier all legal compliance were done in chennai. (PF, LICENCE).
Because we need audit legal compliance. so please rectify my question with your full of knowledge.
With Warm Regards
Sanjeev Naik
