Thanks for your valuable feedback. I strongly agree with all of you but I think being a HR Professional we should take the next step to organize the organization culture, to change the leadership style and manage overall the management. If we do something new in an organization with our own capacity we should change the organization step by step just like a starting point of a chain and will automatically effect this changing scenario with all other organizations. In my point of view HR is the backbone of an organization and if the backbone is stronger then the concerned organization must be developed.
As a HR we will up the initial step.
