As per the SC judgement, if employee completes 240 days in the organization, he /she deems to be confirmed and considred as confirmed employee.
If you have worked there more than 240 days and you have the documents to proove that, you can efinately ask the compensation as applicabel to confirmed employee.
Secondly, also disclose the name of the copmany, so that other people get aware about such copmanies and advise others not to join the same. Do this if you are RIGHT.
