Hi Guys,
As far as I know about 720 degree appraisal, is different from your side. Here in 720 degree appraisal, same method follows as 360 degree appraisal, but some extras have been added to this 720 degree appraisal. In 360 degree appraisal, work life balance dont interfere but in 720 degree appraisal, it comes into the situation.
Does anyone know, who introduced this 720 degree appraisal?

Dear All
i have some doubts
doing 360 appraisal for two times in a year seems waste of time and money. moreover if second time appraisal is required first time seems a waste/failure process
As per my knowledge 720 degrees appraisal is to do 360 degrees appraisal for the current year and taking inputs from previous year 360 degrees.
But still i have doubt on it
Any one of you please share clear cut and authorized theory and practical on this 720 DEGREES APPRAISAL
