I think we do differ in our opinion, it is true we do not ask for license when commuting but when looking at a bigger frame, with respect to our employees commuting via a cab company, as an hirer of their services, it is upon me as a primary duty to apply due deligence and look for all licenses the cab company is required in law and in practice.
