Can anyone tell me which safety course in approved in Tamilnadu government, As per the factories act 1948 section 40 B, the person must have the diploma from state board of technical education.
I have advanced diploma in industrial safety from Maharashtra state board of technical education, is it Approved in all the sate of only in Maharashtra state.
