my name is sanjeev kumar tiwari i join nift mumbai in 2004.After two year i was transfered to NIFT Delhi. i applied for pf transfer from mumbai pf account to delhi pf account in 2006. My amount is transfered to delhi PF office but not credited to my account. I have checked many times but amount not credited. Now they are asking for Annexure K. I applied for Annexure K but Mumbai PF office is not providing the same.

Annexure K is required when the transfer of accumulation is from PF trust to EPF i am forwarding the circular with the details of link provided to download the same please go through it.
