It's simple.
Firstly, prepare your data in Excel. Now, convert it into .csv (Comma Delimited) format. Open this .csv file in Notepad. Replace all commas (,) with [#~#] and save this file as a text file. Now, your format is ready to upload to the PF Department Site.
Open the following URL: Employer e-Sewa. Enter your EPFO login details. Upon completing the login process, you will reach your dashboard. Here, you will find an option labeled 'Upload Challan.' Click on that option to open a window where you can upload your text file. Choose your text file and upload it. If your data is correct, it will upload successfully; otherwise, it will show errors in the text file.
If you encounter an error file, check and verify it, then re-upload it. Once uploaded, it will be displayed on your screen.
If you wish to submit finally, click on the submit button to file your ECR.
This is the complete process.

As per the process by the PF office, PF transfer claim has been made online. For this, a revised transfer application (Form-13) has been introduced, which can be filed online and shall be approved by the respective employer electronically.
Hence, in view of the above, you are requested to file your transfer application online and send the same application to the respective employer.

Dear Rranjan779,
To submit PF transfer online, you need to first register yourself on the member portal. Once you are registered on the member portal, you can apply for online transfer if:
i. Both your PF Account Nos. i.e. previous and present are available in the EPFO database; and
ii. Both your employers i.e. previous and present should have registered the digital signature certificate of their authorized signatories with the EPFO.
Please visit the website EPFO (Govt. of India) or URL Online Transfer Claim Portal wherein you will come to know everything in this respect.

Dear Mr. Korgaonkar,
From EPF to EPF transfer is possible with the above method. Also, EPF to Exempted establishment is online is possible. The only problem is the amount received in the Trust A/c, but annexure K is not received in many cases. However, till date, Exempted PF Trust to RPFC is not possible.
Is there any link to pay the amount from Trust A/c to the concerned PF office Bank A/c? What is the procedure for online PF transfer from Trust to EPFO? I would highly appreciate knowing this.
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Vidyadhar ji,
Thank you for asking the query. This doubt is there in the minds of many. Therefore, In my quotes, I have used the words "EPFO database" and "with EPFO". EPFO, till date, has not come out with a scheme of online transfer between Trust under exempted establishment and EPFO. Even UAN is not applicable to Trust members.

Dear Shri Korgaonkar,
Thank you for the information. UAN is applicable to the Exempted establishments as well. We are managing about 15 Trusts in Pune and Mumbai, and we have completed KYC for all these trusts. While we can initiate Transfers online, the Transfer out for payment has not been linked yet. Due to UAN, EPS is not required for transfer. Only EPF is needed to be received with the Trust Bank A/c. Daily Balance View and other facilities are available for Trusts managed by us.

Dear Vidyadhar ji,
Thank you for the update. I am not well-versed in Trust workings as I am currently not handling it. My response to the queries was based on various circulars, emails, and SMS by EPFO, which are intended for non-exempted establishments, to the best of my understanding.
Thank you once again for your contribution.
