From the contents of both of your queries I can very well guess that every action from your side is on verbal basis while the management is building a good proof against you in writing on their record to take any serious action any time they desire. They have given you notices, but you have not brought any thing on their record in writing in repudiating their allegations. All their noticed are unreplied. If they file a criminal case for absconding against you in the court of law, the court will definitely recognize their proof, as you don't have on record any proof against their documents, even of what they have replied to your queries on your approach to them. After some time even you won't be able to remember on what date you visited that office and whom you met and who told you what. Even if your remember all, the court will not agree, as you don't have any proof against them in writing. Even if some one agrees partially that you would have approached them, you will not compel them to agree about that and what was there reply to your inquiry. You can't do any thing if they flatly deny to have seen you in that office and what to say of talking to them about your intention to resign, as they would like to prove your absconding from duty with the help of what they have on their record. They won't like that their record be treated as false.
SO, NOW, the first action required on your part is that (1) you must reply to those notices through some advocate about what they tried to illegally do against you. In that reply to the notices, you must also make detailed mention about your visits and non-cooperation by the HR and Project/process people and what they replied to you. (2) You must also ask for a copy of your bond with them, if you don't have one with you. (3) You must also submit a formal resignation notice to the company and wait for their written response to your resignation letter.
