Dear Rajatji,
A special thanks and congratualtions being nominated and won a award as a "knight' :D :D .
Hats off to your selfishless devoted work......let this flow of knowledge get spread from one to other memeber of Citehr.
Rajat I have one suggestion .........and I think you are the right person to take initiative to start with our own Citehr club.........by having annual get together and other functions like knowledge sharing and all.
At every region will have one region head who will drive the group and ensures that it always get connected with the other groups of Citehr ( regionwise) so every region will have their meetings and discussion on monthly basis with the current happenings in the market related to HR field.
There will be a nominal charge for this to get the membership and responsibilities will get distributed among the members.
I think if we work out in this way truly speaking one very fine day will have oue own Magazine by the name of "CITEHR" which will encourage to newcomers and will motivate to the existing one with positive force.
I am very much eager to know your feedback on this....
Even I request to all seniors to share their openion on this.
Thanks & Regards,
